RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Goods Damaged in Transit
The products are well packaged and transit damage is rare. Nevertheless, it can occur, and if it does you will be able to discover it when the goods are unpacked and examined at the time of the delivery.
What you must do: Inspect the item for obvious damage immediately upon delivery, in the presence of the delivery person. All obvious damage should be noted on the Bill of Lading before the delivery person departs. If damage is discovered upon unpacking the item, a damage claim must be filed with the us within three Business days of receiving of the item. Please contact us immediately. We will replace the damaged product within 30 days of written notification. A refund or credit will be issued only in the event that we are not able to replace the damaged product 30 days after written notification.
If no damage claim is filed with the delivery company, or if a damage claim is filed after three business days, Greg Sheres Inc. will not issue an RMA for this item.
Change your mind?
If you wish to return an item, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 10% of the purchase price and you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. Returns must be received in original condition and in the original cartons within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. Check and cash payments will be returned via a refund check or company credit.
Please be aware that furniture is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.
Outbound Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom and special order furniture.
Returns are accepted only at our Miami warehouse; returns are not accepted at our company headquarters.
